Hello, I need to upgrade my design. I have the css-html file for the design. I dont need a complete redesign. All the basic site elements will stay in the same position. What I do need is to improve the design so that it looks like a 1st rate site in terms of design. I need someone who is a world-class designer to improve the layout slightly, clean up the tabs, improve the buttons, improve the background,etc. My prelaunch design looks somewhat average. I want to launch with a design that is a 10 out of 10. I will give you a list of things on sites which I think make it a first rate design. Perfection is in the details and I need a designer who concentrates on all the fine details. I choose someone based on their price and more importantly their feedback from previous design projects here. If you dont think you can produce eloquent designs, please dont bid. Thanks
