The objective with this project is to launch a new website with improved order process management that will save time when operating the business.

Currently I have a basic form on the website that customers fill out explaining what product they need. I then create a quote in excel and emails to customers as a PDF. This process is time consuming and I want to automate the process.

But my wizard should be more extensive allowing customers to see pricing and to place an order. I also want support for creation of purchase orders and invoices.

Process steps:
Step 1: Customer selects Brand, Model and Year in a sequence of drop lists.
Step 2: A list of available products for the selection is generated (pricing will be shown along with the products)
Step 3: Customer ticks what products he or she wants from the list. Products will have small product icons.
Step 4: Total price should be updated (automatically or by pressing an update price button)
Step 5: Customer presses “Next” button
Step 6: A new page is showing where the customer enters contact information and some more information about the boat and products
Step 7: Customer presses “Preview order” button
Step 8: A page is shown with the selected boat model, the selected products and the contact information
Step 9: Customer presses “Send order” button
Step 10: All entered information should be stored in a SQL database as a new web-order
Step 11: A notification email should be sent to Marinkapell backoffice as notification that an order has been submitted
Step 12: A notification email should be sent to the customer
Step 13: The information that customer has entered should be copied into a new table
Step 14: Information in the new table should be editable (in case customer has made any errors etc.)
Step 15: A order information should be emailed to the customer (preferably a PDF)
Step 16: A supplier purchase order should be generated based on the customer order information (new table)
Step 17: A customer invoice should be generated (new table)

Adaptation of OCR script (WebOCR) with Spellcheck (Aspell) to work with Japanese spellcheck. At the moment, my site works with European languages.
There isn't a Japanese aspell dictionary so this will be developed.
The basic process is to add a space between kanji (Unicode range U 4E00â€“U 9FBF) and other characters. This keeps kanji together in blocks and the other characters in blocks. This is to overcome the fact that Japanese does not use spaces.

When the user removes the spaces between the kanji and connected characters, the search can look for these strings of kanji and other character blocks.

When editing has finished, at the end, the spaces can be removed in a batch.

They have a sponsorship program called "Sponsor a Student"

This program enables the user to sponsor a child via monthly donations.
We want a simple webbased application that has 3 parts:
1) User registration
2) User area
3) Admin area

Part 1 - Registration
For this the user needs to register as a donor. Once this is done, the user can print out a authorization form which he needs to sign and send to us by post. There needs to be a checkbox incase the user doesn't have the option to print he can ask us to send him the form by post.
After confirming the user's email he is given a unique username/password combination giving him access to the user area.

Part 2 - User area
Here the user gets a detailed report of the child(ren) he is sponsoring. A template of this report is ready. All the data here will be fetched from the database.

Part 3 - Admin area
Here the administrator needs to be able to create profiles of the children who require sponsorship. There should be a way that the administrator can connect a sponsor with a child. This should enable the sponsor to view the progress in the education of the child through the user area (see point 2). The administrator needs to be able to update the child's information.
